The public currently likes my medical posts – How to do a deep cough to clear inhaled food. — A cure for the common cold using 105° F baths. — Colonoscopy – and how to enjoy drinking the foul tasting purging fluids. — How to stop broken ribs from hurting when you sneeze. — A migraine prodrome aura cure with a strange eye exercise. — Reducing the flu threat for everyone. — Preventing Alveolar osteitis, a dry socket, after losing a tooth. Those are old posts based on personal experience and they are in line with the Probaway prime goal – “Many helpful hints on living your life more successfully.”
My interests this last year have been more concerned with psychological health and achieving greater maturity as opposed to personal physical health and not dying. Many posts have been aimed at helping people go from lifestyles that will usually bring on disasters to ones that will improve their health, life expectancy, and contentment. Some have been based on the Adverse Childhood Experiences test (ACE test) which I compared to a Positive Childhood Experiences PCE test. Those are obvious ideas that everyone should intuitively know and apply, and yet most people don’t. How to improve your ACE test score.
The best ideas are those which are most easily applied. The idea which was a development of the ACE-PCE ideas may have the most long-term benefit. It doesn’t have a specific name yet, but it gives people a simple tool for moving through the habits of – infant, child, adolescent, adult, mature, sage, and ourora. The general rule is, when you are feeling positive and psychologically strong try to behave as the people do who are a little more mature than you are feeling at present. When you are feeling negative and weak behave a little more immaturely than usual because you know from past experience how to get out of that developmental level. How to mature from Infantile to Sage and beyond.
There have been seventy-four posts under the general title A Dictionary of New Epigrams – A catalog, index, list – They are intended as memorable stand-alone thoughts.
There have been twenty-seven book reviews.
Perhaps the most important post was ignored by the American public in this last election. I graph how dangerous wars can be to human beings.
War is dangerous to your life and property, so choose leaders who will keep you out of war.
