I am devoting a blog per day to each of the five levels of aspirations. Today all 33 of the current aspirations at level four are defined. These people are well above average, about one in ten people, but not spectacularly successful like those above one in a thousand. My example of that level is Ben Franklin.
+4 – Well-adapted people’s problems and coping methods are listed and observed with this Human Aspirations Scale.
1 +4 Happy – A well-adapted person is happy with worthy goals and the resources to pursue them.
2 +4 Health – Good health is typical of a well-adapted person when their systolic blood pressure is between 130 and 110 or between 100 and 90.
3 +4 Wise – A well-adapted person can see the present problems, think prudently and choose desirable methods for coping with those situations, and do a consistently good job of solving them.
4 +4 Wealth – A fully responsible person can handle money and social transactions effectively as measured by FICO scores between 800 and 820,
5 +4 Living – Well-adapted people display enthusiasm for using their powers to accomplish the commonly held positive group goals.
6 +4 Liberty – Liberty is had by those well-adapted citizens with enough time, money, and energy to do whatever they choose to do and with no probability of authorities limiting them.
7 +4 Pursuit – Well-adapted people pursue the satisfaction of ongoing actions of actively seeking to produce something valuable.
8 +4 Knowledge – Well-adapted people acquire knowledge from coordinated factual material through the study of pieces of information validity, methods, and scope and focus on those ideas that have proven to conform with natural reality.
9 +4 Love – Well-adapted people have strong affection and attention to others and strive to bring physical and mental health to them.
10 +4 Experiences – Those well-adapted people become wise by exposing themselves to the comprehensive experience of various forms of exploration, such as travel, social groups, expansive reading, and employments.
11 +4 Children – Children make a well-adapted parent a complete person as they bring another naturally given purpose to their lives.
12 +4 Heirs – Heirs round out a well-adapted life from the happiness of their birth, school, first job, marriage, and flourishing grandchildren.
13 +4 Legacy – Legacy brings feelings of purpose to a well-adapted person’s life and helps them feel like a complete person whom the future people will choose to follow.
14+4 Honesty – A well-adapted person’s honesty helps their friends and associates behave honestly, so they can depend on one another to get things done correctly with minimal verification.
15 +4 Integrity – When habitual actions of a well-adapted individual’s internal character are smoothly incorporated into their external behavior, it creates a persona that supports the flourishing of friends.
16 +4 Enthusiasm – Setting personal goals and pursuing those projects with vigor generates enthusiasm in well-adapted people and exposes their associates to the enthusiasm to get things done.
17 +4 Recognition – People seek recognition, but a well-adapted person publicly promotes things that will grant valued status to their group.
18 +4 Natural – The reality of nature we live within must be carefully observed and acknowledged, so we can behave responsibly and thus live cheerfully within its constraints.
19 +4 Supernatural – Powers that appear supernatural are granted to well-adapted people by their followers, and among their powers is the ability to generate believable reasons for working.
20 +4 Serenity – Included in serenity is an eagerness to savor the world we can not change and give our attention and energy what we can deliver.
21 +4 Safety – At the highest, public level safety requires a cadre of dedicated bodyguards to protect the leaders from attacks by enemies, competitors, and assassins.
22 +4 Food – For a well-adapted person, food is readily available in many forms, and the choice is between the style and quality of healthy, tasty food and never its quantity.
23 +4 Water – Excellent quality water is readily available from a modern city’s water faucet flowing for a few seconds to clean the pipes.
24 +4 Air – A well-adapted person seeks to maintain a good place to live with fresh air and is far from the unhealthy pollutions of civilization and nature.
25 +4 Blood – The living genetic heritage of everyone is a person’s family, and the DNA is presently beyond control. Still, knowledge of its qualities makes some compliances possible.
26 +4 Sun – Everyone depends on the constant sun, and well-adapted people appreciate it as a practical daily companion that we must respect, or it can harm us.
27 +4 Rain – We must respect rain as an essential but capricious companion, for it brings food to our bodies and beauty to our lives, but rain also brings dangerous floods.
28 +4 Fertility – Our fertility generates lovable babies, mysterious children, respected adults, and they make well-adapted people’s lives meaningful.
29 +4 Statues – Our nations have statues that anchor the core faith in the public individual’s identity to a time and place that stabilizes our relationships with one another
30 +4 Monuments – Monuments are how well-adapted people have organized their people’s aspirations to maintain society’s stability by creating objects of perpetual unity.
31 +4 Cities – Our well-adapted leaders have created cities that support a community of specialized people not constantly struggling to find food and shelter.
32 +4 Beginning – Well-adapted people understand what works and what doesn’t and lead the people to the functional ones, but everything depends on what was made available in the Beginning.
33 +4 Ending – The beginnings and endings are still outside of public science, so well-adapted people often accept the religious stories of ultimate meanings because those stories make people feel better about those things they can not understand.
